Return Policy

  • Most gift baskets are ordered as a gift to be delivered to a loved one, family or friend
  • Upon receipt, your gift basket recipient must inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within five business days of the delivery date. The recipient can notify Dazzle Basket by emailing at info@dazzlebasket.ca with enough information to allow us to understand the situation
  • Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products and other perishable items
  • Please note that refunds may only be issued to credit card used for the transaction
  • Incurred shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items are final sale
